Job Title : Technical Customer Service (TCS) Associate Responsibilities Help customers with Ring devices and accounts.Listen carefully and solve technical problems.Guide customers to set up and use their devices.Troubleshoot issues like Wi-Fi connection and device setup.Record customer issues and the solutions provided.Work with other teams when an issue needs further support.Suggest improvements based on customer feedback.Provide friendly, professional, and patient service.Skills Required Good communication and listening skills.Basic knowledge of Wi-Fi and internet connections.Interest in technology and smart home devices.Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Patience while helping customers.Basic typing skills (30+ words per minute).Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.Qualifications High school diploma (or equivalent).At least 1 year of customer service experience, or experience working with customers, or currently studying in college.Experience using or troubleshooting technical devices is an advantage.Compensation: 450,000.00 per year Work Location: In person .
