About the Role: At Exotel, we help leading banks and insurers transform customer conversations at scale. As an Enterprise Sales Manager - Financial Services, you will own large, complex enterprise deals, selling AI-powered Voice Bots, Conversational AI, CCaaS, and CPaaS solutions. This is a quota-carrying, individual contributor role with full ownership of the enterprise sales cycle. What Youll Do: - Own end-to-end enterprise sales cycles across Financial Services accounts. - Drive new logo acquisition and strategic account expansion. - Position AI & Voice Bots as levers for CX improvement, cost optimisation, and compliance. - Engage CXOs, Digital, CX, IT, and Operations leaders. - Lead discovery, solutioning, pricing, and contract negotiations. - Partner with Product, Pre-sales, and CX teams to close complex deals. - Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy. Success Metrics: - Enterprise revenue and pipeline targets. - AI & Voice Bot deal contribution. - Deal size, win rates, and forecast accuracy. What Were Looking For: - 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience (SaaS, platforms, or managed services). - Proven experience selling to Financial Services customers. - Exposure to AI, Voice Bots, Conversational AI, CCaaS, or CPaaS solutions. - Strong solution-selling, commercial, and executive communication skills.
