OEM Sales Specialist (LED Lighting) Uttar Pradesh & Bihar Location Lucknow / Noida / Patna (Extensive Travel Across Uttar Pradesh & Bihar) Reporting To CEO Company Overview We are a fast-growing LED Lighting and Electrical Solutions company committed to delivering innovative, energy-efficient, and high-quality lighting products across South Asia. We are expanding our OEM business and seeking an experienced professional to develop and manage strategic OEM partnerships in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. Position Summary The OEM Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing OEM customers for LED lighting products across Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. The role requires strong business development capabilities, technical understanding of lighting products, and the ability to build long-term relationships with manufacturers, assemblers, panel builders, and industrial customers seeking private-label or OEM lighting solutions. Key Responsibilities Business Development Identify and acquire new OEM customers for LED lighting products.Develop a strong pipeline of potential OEM partners, contract manufacturers, and industrial buyers.Generate business opportunities through market mapping, networking, and industry engagement.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Account Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key OEM accounts.Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, quotations, and commercial negotiations.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.Develop annual business plans with key OEM customers. Technical & Commercial Support Understand customer technical requirements and coordinate with product development and engineering teams.Support customers in product selection, customization, branding, packaging, and certification requirements.Prepare commercial proposals, pricing structures, and supply agreements.Coordinate new product development opportunities based on customer needs. Market Intelligence Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and emerging OEM opportunities.Track developments in the LED lighting industry and recommend strategic actions.Provide regular market feedback and customer insights to management. Coordination & Execution Work closely with production, procurement, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.Support forecasting and demand planning for OEM accounts.Ensure proper documentation, contracts, and compliance with company policies. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.38 years of experience in OEM sales, B2B sales, industrial sales, or LED lighting/electrical products.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing OEM accounts.Strong understanding of LED lighting products, components, and manufacturing processes is preferred.Experience dealing with manufacturers, electrical OEMs, panel builders, or industrial customers is highly desirable. Required Skills Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Commercial acumen and strategic thinking.Ability to understand technical specifications and customer requirements.Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office applications.Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
