Title: Senior Director, Marketing Location: WFH Flexible St. Louis Corporate Job Type Full-time Description Position Summary: The Senior Director of Marketing is responsible for driving lead generation, brand management, and marketing strategy across all Elite Construction Solutions brands and markets. This role owns the full marketing funnel from awareness through lead delivery, with primary accountability for delivering a high volume of quality leads at an efficient cost per lead acquisition cost. The Senior Director will build and lead the marketing team, optimize digital and traditional marketing channels, and partner closely with Sales and Operations to ensure marketing investments translate into revenue. Lead Generation & Demand Creation General Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Demand Creation Own lead generation strategy and execution across all channels: digital (paid search, paid social, video, CTV, display, SEO, etc), traditional (TV, radio, print, direct mail), and referral programs Develop and manage marketing budget with accountability for lead volume, cost per lead, and lead quality metrics that results in ROI that meets business targets Optimize channel mix and spend allocation based on performance data and market conditions Build and scale performance marketing capabilities including SEM, display, retargeting, and social advertising Develop SEO strategy to drive organic lead growth and reduce paid media dependency Create and optimize landing pages, conversion funnels, and lead capture mechanisms Brand Management & Creative Manage brand identity, messaging, and creative standards across Elite's portfolio of brands (Universal, Wildwood, Aspen, Reimagine, 123 Exteriors) Develop compelling value propositions and messaging for roofing, siding, windows, and gutters Oversee creative development for all marketing channels including digital ads, TV/radio spots, print materials, and sales collateral Build and maintain brand guidelines ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints Manage reputation and reviews strategy to build trust and social proof Support regional offices with person-to-person marketing strategies executed in regional offices by providing creative services that are cost-effective and that share best practices across the business Analytics & Marketing Intelligence Build marketing analytics capabilities to measure full-funnel performance from impression to closed sale Implement attribution modeling to understand true ROI & ROAS by channel, campaign, and market Develop dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility into marketing performance Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategy Partner with Business Insights to leverage data for marketing optimization Cross-Functional Partnership Partner with Contact Center and Inside Sales on lead flow, quality feedback, and conversion optimization Work with Field Sales leadership to understand market needs and align marketing support Collaborate with Regional GMs on local marketing initiatives, events, and community presence Support Sales Enablement with marketing collateral, presentations, and customer-facing materials Coordinate with Operations on capacity planning to align lead flow with production capability Other duties as assigned Requirements Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field desired or equivalent combination of education (HS diploma/GED equivalent) and/or experience required 10+ years of marketing experience with progressive responsibility in lead generation and demand creation 5+ years in a senior marketing leadership role managing teams and significant budgets ($5M+) Proven track record of scaling lead generation programs with measurable ROI Deep expertise in digital marketing: paid search, paid social, SEO, display, and marketing automation Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing attribution and performance measurement Experience managing agencies and vendor relationships Excellent leadership skills with ability to build and develop high-performing teams Ability to problem-solving and use critical thinking Strong organization and multitasking skills Ability to handle conflict in a professional and courteous manner Excellent verbal, electronic, and written communication, and customer service skills Work with peers and all departments for the common goals of the organization Reliable in meeting work commitments Must be flexible and adapt to most any situation Ability to utilize technology devices, software and application, previous experience with Microsoft Office Suites and basic computer skills required Reliable high speed home broadband internet connection with minimum 25 meg download and 10 meg upload speeds and ability to connect to home internet via ethernet cord is required if working remotely Travel Required up to 10% of the time Preferred, in office St. Louis, but remote will be considered Preferred .
