Role Description The Demand / Sales Associate role at Classy Stay is a full-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai. This role focuses on generating leads, converting inquiries into bookings, and building strong relationships with corporate clients, educational institutions, and individual guests. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to sales inquiries, conducting follow-ups, preparing proposals or rate quotations, and maintaining accurate records of leads and conversions in CRM tools or spreadsheets. The Demand / Sales Associate collaborates with operations and marketing teams to ensure room inventory, pricing, and promotions are aligned with demand. The role also involves visiting partners or clients locally, gathering market intelligence, and contributing ideas to improve sales processes and guest acquisition. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to engage with diverse guests and partners.Sales and customer service abilities, such as lead generation, relationship building, negotiation, and handling objections with professionalism.Basic analytical and organizational skills, including comfort with MS Excel or CRM tools, maintaining records, and tracking sales performance.Time management and problem-solving skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple inquiries, and resolve guest or partner issues promptly.Previous experience in hospitality, real estate, or B2C/B2B sales is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai, with flexibility for local client visits and occasional extended hours when needed.Minimum educational qualification: Bachelors degree or equivalent, preferably in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field. .
