Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Devices Sales role based in Delhi, India. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and healthcare institutions for Shelves Techs medical devices and capital equipment portfolio. Daily activities include conducting product demonstrations, managing sales presentations, responding to client inquiries, preparing quotations, and following up to close deals. The role also requires maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, coordinating with internal operations and service teams for smooth delivery and installation, and tracking sales performance against targets. The sales professional will be expected to stay updated on product features, regulatory requirements, and market trends to support consultative, solution-based selling. Qualifications Strong expertise in Medical Sales and Medical Devices, with the ability to understand clinical workflows and technical product specifications.Proven Sales experience, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closing in healthcare or related industries.Experience in Sales Operations, including CRM usage, reporting, forecasting, and coordination with logistics or service teams.Domain exposure to Orthopedics or other medical specialties is an advantage for understanding clinician needs and device applications.Bachelors degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field; advanced qualifications in healthcare management are a plus.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a customer-centric and ethical approach to selling.Ability to work on-site, travel within the region as needed, and manage time effectively to meet sales and service commitments.Familiarity with the Indian healthcare market, tender processes, and institutional purchasing practices is beneficial. .
