Position: OEM Sales Manager (Laminates/Sunmica) Location: Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune Experience: 5+ Years Industry: Laminates / Plywood / ACP / Building Materials Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented OEM Sales Manager to drive business growth through direct OEM sales in the Bangalore market. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Laminates, Plywood, ACP or allied building materials, with an established network among furniture manufacturers, modular kitchen manufacturers, interior solution companies and other OEM customers. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve OEM sales targets for Bangalore and surrounding markets. Identify, acquire and develop new OEM customers and generate consistent business. Build and maintain strong relationships with furniture manufacturers, modular kitchen manufacturers, interior product manufacturers and other OEM accounts. Drive product specifications, sampling, presentations, negotiations and order closures. Develop key accounts and increase business volume from existing OEM customers. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable laminate, plywood, ACP and related products. Coordinate with production, design, technical and dispatch teams for smooth order execution. Track market trends, competitor pricing, product launches and customer requirements. Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, MIS and regular business updates. Ensure timely payment collection and maintain healthy receivables. Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. Regularly travel within Bangalore and nearby markets for customer meetings and business development. Candidate Profile Graduate in any discipline; MBA/Sales & Marketing qualification will be an advantage. 5+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in OEM sales. Must have experience in Laminates / MDF / PVC / Decorative Panels or related building materials. Strong existing network with OEMs, furniture manufacturers, modular kitchen companies and interior product manufacturers. Proven track record of achieving B2B/OEM sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Strong relationship management and business development abilities. Good knowledge of the Bangalore building-materials/OEM market.
