Role Overview We are looking for an Operations Associate who can manage day-to-day operations, communicate with users, and ensure everything runs smoothly. This role requires good communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks. Key Responsibilities (KRAs & KPIs) Lead & booking operations tracking leads, bookings, payments, cancellations, and drop-offsSlot & sample collection operations ensuring scheduled collections happen and identifying pending/failed collectionsReport operations tracking report generation TAT and pending reportsCustomer follow-ups managing callbacks, reschedules, failed collections and unresolved casesFunnel monitoring identifying leakage at each stage and driving closuresDaily MIS & reporting maintaining operational dashboards, SLA tracking and performance reporting Key Requirements 2 - 6 years of experience in operations or similar role Good communication and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple tasks Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail .
