The team works closely with business leaders, product owners, delivery squads and engineering leads to build secure, modular and cloudready systems. As the Enterprise Architect, you will define, guide, and govern the modernization of legacy platforms into a futurestate architecture that supports digital insurance experiences, regulatory readiness, and scalable product operations. Your leadership ensures alignment across teams, clarity in architectural direction, and consistent use of standards that support a unified enterprise ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Shape and govern the enterprisewide modernization roadmap, including modularization, cloudreadiness, and serviceoriented design. Provide architectural direction to multiple delivery squads, ensuring alignment on API, data, cloud, integration, and security standards. Translate business vision into architectural roadmaps through capability modelling, valuestream alignment, and structured assessments. Design futurestate architectures covering policy administration, claims, underwriting, billing, and customer engagement journeys. Define transition states, coexistence approaches, and sequencing to support multiphase modernization programs. Lead architecture governance forums and produce clear architectural decisions, reference models, and modernization guidelines for delivery teams. .
