B2B Sales Manager School Partnerships Rancho Labs | IIT Delhi Incubated Location: Saket | Experience: 3+ Years | Full-Time About Rancho Labs Rancho Labs is an IIT Delhi-incubated EdTech company transforming K12 education through hands-on learning in Robotics, AI and Coding. We are building a generation of children who become creators of technology, not just consumers of it. About the Role We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Manager School Partnerships to own Rancho Labs' school partnership vertical. The role involves managing the complete, long-cycle institutional sales process from prospecting and relationship building to demonstrations, pilots, negotiations and final closure. Key Responsibilities Own B2B revenue and school partnership targets.Build and manage a strong pipeline of schools and school groups.Develop relationships with School Owners, Principals, Directors, Academic Heads and other decision-makers.Conduct consultative sales meetings, presentations and product demonstrations.Manage the complete sales cycle: Prospecting Meeting Demo Pilot Negotiation Closure.Manage long sales cycles through structured follow-ups and stakeholder engagement.Prepare proposals and lead commercial negotiations.Work with Operations, Product and Academic teams to ensure successful implementation.Build relationships for renewals, upselling and expansion within partner schools. What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in B2B / Institutional / Enterprise Sales.Proven track record of closing high-value, long-cycle B2B deals.Experience selling to schools, educational institutions or similar organisations is strongly preferred.Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building and negotiation skills.Excellent presentation and consultative selling abilities.High ownership, persistence and ability to work independently.Willingness to travel for school meetings when required.
