Key Accounts Manager- General Insurance

About the Role We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Key Account Manager to drive business development for our Retail General Insurance portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong industry relationships, particularly with motor dealerships and retail partners, and a proven track record in insurance sales and business development. Key Responsibilities Identify and establish partnerships with motor dealerships and retail partners for insurance distribution.Drive business development across Retail Health, Motor, and other General Insurance products.Develop and execute business plans to achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and key stakeholders.Generate new customer leads through market mapping, referrals, digital outreach, networking, and industry events.Manage key accounts and identify opportunities for business growth and cross-selling.Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.Requirements 410 years of experience in insurance broking, retail general insurance, or a related business development role.Strong network and established relationships within retail and motor dealership sectors.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Strong business development and sales orientation.Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.Good understanding of Retail Health, Motor, and General Insurance products.What We Offer Competitive salaryAttractive performance-based incentives.Growth and career development opportunities.Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing insurance team.How to Apply Interested candidates can send their updated resume to chithra.m@emiinence.com Join us and build your career in Retail General Insurance!
