Skills and Qualifications - Strong TA professional with 12 to 18 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition leadership. - Prior experience of scaling teams in a technology or R&D set up is a must. - Strong communication skills and experience of handling senior stakeholders in a global environment. - Visionary, results-driven, and adept at leading diverse teams.
