Roles and Responsibilities You will be working closely with the founders and responsible to drive: Talent Acquisition across tech and non-tech functionsBuild a proactive talent pipeline by engaging with top talent in the industryWork closely with business heads to forecast hiring needs and create short and mid term hiring plans.Engage with people and help build a positive organization culture and ensure that the organization continues to be an employer of choice. Skills and Qualifications Tier-1 MBA with 2 to 6 years experience in HR with hands on experience in talent acquisition.Prior experience of working with a start up in a fast paced environment will be preferred.Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to engage with in-demand talent from premier institutes.
