About the job: Key Responsibilities: A. Customer Service & Sales 1. Greet every customer warmly and assist them in finding products. 2. Explain ongoing offers (e.g., 'Buy 3 Get 2 Free') and upsell/cross-sell items. 3. Encourage trial/experience for toys to build excitement for kids. 4. Handle billing and ensure smooth checkout. 5. Take feedback from customers and share with management. B. Store Upkeep & Merchandising 1. Keep shelves neat, well-stocked, and categorized (toys, stationery, baby products). 2. Highlight offers with shelf-talkers, POP materials, and product displays. 3. Ensure products near expiry or damaged are flagged. 4. Assist in decorating the store for promotions/festivals. C. Inventory Support 1. Assist in daily stock counts and inform if items are low. 2. Report fast-moving products and slow-moving items. 3. Help unpack, tag, and arrange new arrivals. D. Discipline & Professionalism 1. Report to duty on time (maintain punctuality and attendance). 2. Inform management in advance of leaves/emergencies. 3. Dress neatly and maintain hygiene, as this is a kids-oriented store. 4. Follow all store policies (discounts, cash handling, and no unauthorized leaves). E. Promotion & Customer Engagement 1. Inform walk-in customers about the store's Instagram & offers. 2. Motivate parents to follow Bubbles' page for updates. 3. Support in recording reels/short videos if needed (optional, if comfortable).
