We are looking for a strong B2 B Sales Manager to drive partnerships and software sales with HR leaders, corporate culture leaders, software distributors, system integrators, and enterprise decision-makers. Role Description This is a full time remote role for a B2 B Sales Manager focused on selling CROWCHs brand-owned social network software. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting B2 B clients and partners interested in launching private corporate or brand-owned social networks. The role requires strong consultative selling skills, understanding of HR and corporate communication challenges, and the ability to explain how private social networks can support engagement, culture, feedback, recognition, and employee voice. You will work directly with company leadership to build the sales pipeline, develop outreach strategies, manage client conversations, prepare proposals, and close deals with target audiences including HRDs, Corporate Culture Leaders, Internal Communications teams, software distributors, and system integrators.
