Luxury Hospitality Executive Chlet DOr Experience Center Company: Chlet DOr Location: Delhi Employment Type: Full-Time About Chlet DOr Chlet DOr is a luxury in-store hospitality service designed for premium retail and luxury showrooms. We bring a refined, five-star hospitality experience directly into luxury retail environments through curated beverages, artisanal savouries, desserts and highly personalised service. Our Experience Center is not a restaurant, hotel, caf or conventional food-service outlet. It is a premium space where VVIP clients, luxury showroom owners, brand principals, designers and other distinguished guests visit to experience and understand the Chlet DOr concept. About the Role We are looking for a Luxury Hospitality Executive who will be the face of the Chlet DOr Experience Center and be responsible for creating an impeccable, warm and highly personalised guest experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent grooming, hospitality etiquette, communication skills and the ability to confidently interact with high-profile clients and business owners. Key Responsibilities Welcome and professionally greet every guest entering the Experience Center.Understand the guest's requirements and provide attentive, personalised hospitality throughout their visit.Prepare and serve curated beverages including coffee, tea, mocktails and other Chlet DOr signature beverages.Assemble, garnish and present artisanal savouries, desserts and other micro-food offerings.Maintain impeccable presentation of beverages, food, crockery, glassware and serving equipment.Serve guests with proper luxury hospitality and table-service etiquette.Briefly and confidently introduce guests to Chlet DOr, its concept, services and business model.Be able to explain how Chlet DOr transforms hospitality within luxury showrooms.Engage professionally with showroom owners, VVIP clients, brand principals and senior decision-makers.Anticipate guest requirements and create a seamless, personalised experience.Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, grooming and presentation within the Experience Center.Ensure the hospitality counter, equipment, crockery and service area are always perfectly maintained.Monitor basic inventory of beverages, ingredients, consumables and service essentials.Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth preparation and service.Handle guest questions professionally and escalate business-related queries to the appropriate team member when required.Represent the Chlet DOr brand with discretion, confidence and professionalism at all times.What We Are Looking For Prior experience in luxury hospitality, hotels, fine dining, premium cafs, luxury retail or guest relations is preferred.Excellent spoken English and professional communication skills.Strong grooming and personal presentation.Warm, confident and naturally hospitable personality.Comfortable interacting with VVIPs, HNIs, showroom owners and senior business professionals.Good understanding of basic beverage preparation and food presentation.Strong attention to detail.Ability to learn and confidently present the Chlet DOr concept.Professional, discreet and service-oriented attitude.Candidates from premium hotel, luxury retail or fine-dining backgrounds will be preferred.Important This is not a conventional waiter, caf staff or restaurant service role. The selected candidate will represent Chlet DOr at its Experience Center and will be responsible for creating a refined, five-star hospitality experience for distinguished guests and potential business clients. We are looking for someone who understands that in luxury hospitality, every interaction, beverage, plate, gesture and detail contributes to the overall experience.
