ABOUT THE COMPANY We are partnering with a fast-growing, promoter-led alloy steel manufacturer to hire a Regional Sales Lead North. This is a high-ownership leadership role managing one of the company's most critical markets, covering the North India OEM and industrial belt (Delhi-NCR, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh). ABOUT THE ROLE This is the regional leadership role in the organisation reporting directly to the Sales Head responsible for scaling an existing revenue base of 250 Cr, entering strategic new markets, and building a high-performing national sales organisation. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional with deep exposure to high-specification steel, forgings, or adjacent engineering sectors, and a proven track record of enterprise account management, vendor qualification cycles, and value-based selling.
