We're looking for an early-career salesperson to help us build the outbound engine for Charlie. This is not a traditional SDR role where the job is simply to send 100 emails a day and book meetings. Youll help figure out: Who we should sell to How we should reach them What we should say How we turn cold conversations into customers What actually makes hiring managers buy Youll primarily be speaking with founders, hiring managers and talent leaders at fast-moving startups. Youll own the process from prospecting and outreach to discovery, objection handling and closing.
