Job Title: Salesforce Architect Job Type: Full-Time Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid 3-Days in the office) Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect / Techno-Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role combines strong functional expertise with technical proficiency to design, implement, and optimize comprehensive solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem and boundary systems , enabling global sales operational efficiencies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both business processes and Salesforce technologies, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. The role will work closely with global IT and business stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business objectives, industry best practices, compliance requirements, data models, workflows, and end-to-end solution architecture strategies. Key Responsibilities Translate business requirements into scalable global technical solutions using industry standards and best practices. Provide expert guidance on Sales Operations, CRM capabilities, Salesforce features, and integration strategies . Design and implement solutions aligned with business requirements and Salesforce best practices. Configure Salesforce applications and develop customized solutions using both out-of-the-box capabilities and custom development. Analyze existing workflows, applications, and systems to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Apex Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow . Troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues across Salesforce and related Sales technologies. Stay current with Salesforce platform releases, managed applications, new features, and industry trends. Lead and manage the release and change management process from sandbox through production environments. Conduct periodic Salesforce/application health checks and provide recommendations for performance and optimization. Provide post-implementation support and resolve functional and technical issues. Optimize Salesforce application performance through efficient queries, bulk processing, and adherence to Salesforce Governor Limits. Create detailed solution design documentation , including process flows, data models, integration architecture, and technical specifications. Develop a basic understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) methodologies, solutions, and technologies, including eCommerce and eProcurement workflows. Collaborate with global IT, business teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful solution delivery. Required Skills & Experience Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development . Hands-on experience with: Apex Apex Triggers Visualforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) Salesforce Flow Experience with Salesforce release management, source control, and deployment technologies . Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications. Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST API, SOAP API, and Bulk API . Experience implementing Salesforce across multiple clouds and integrating Salesforce with cloud-based and on-premises systems. Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and process mapping. Understanding of Salesforce data models and end-to-end solution architecture. Preferred Skills Experience working with Salesforce AppExchange products and managed applications . Knowledge of change management principles and practices. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma . Experience with integration and deployment tools. Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. Experience with project management tools such as: TaskRay Preferred Smartsheet Easy Project Experience with eCommerce/eProcurement and Salesforce boundary systems , such as: Elastic Path Jitterbit Eloqua ZoomInfo HubSpot Understanding of Service and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) from cradle to grave. Experience working with global teams and enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
