Key Responsibilities Software Development: Develop, test, and maintain software applications in alignment with project requirements.Task Execution: Take ownership of assigned tasks and support tickets, ensuring they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.Code Quality: Write clean, scalable, and efficient code, and ensure all code is properly documented.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional team members to design and implement new features.Code Reviews: Actively participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, share knowledge, and ensure adherence to engineering standards.Troubleshooting: Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues and bugs.Documentation: Assist in developing and updating technical documentation and user manuals.Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies.Required Skills & Qualifications CS Fundamentals: Strong foundational knowledge of core Computer Science concepts (e.g., Data Structures, Algorithms, Operating Systems, Computer Networks).Programming Proficiency: Deep knowledge and hands-on capability in at least one programming language.Note: Python and Rust are highly preferred, but exceptional candidates who meet all other requirements are strongly encouraged to apply regardless of their primary language.Essential Tools & Concepts: Solid understanding of Version Control (Git), Databases (DB), and SQL.Development Practices: Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and basic programming tools/environments.Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to debugging and troubleshooting.Compensation & Other Details Stipend: 10,000 15,000 per month.Work Mode: In-OfficeDuration: 4 months.PPO Opportunity based on PerformanceJob Type: Full-time Compensation: 2,000.00 - 5,000.00 per month Benefits: Food providedLocation: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Required)Work Location: In person .
