Job Description We are seeking a talented and experienced SAP ABAP Developer to lead our S4 HANA Technical - Delivery team in creating innovative and user-friendly SAP solutions. As the Lead, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing up-to-date SAP applications, focusing on delivering exceptional user experiences. Your expertise in SAP UI5, Fiori apps, and OData services will be instrumental in integrating front-end interfaces with backend SAP systems seamlessly. Responsibilities - Lead a team of SAP ABAP developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship. - Design and develop SAP applications using SAP UI5, ensuring a modern and intuitive user interface. - Integrate SAP UI5 applications with backend SAP systems, leveraging OData services for data exchange. - Create and maintain Fiori apps, enhancing the user experience and productivity. - Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability of SAP applications. - Implement best practices and standards for SAP development, adhering to company guidelines. - Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members, promoting continuous improvement. - Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, sharing knowledge with the team. Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with a strong understanding of SAP UI5 and Fiori. - Proven experience in leading and managing SAP development teams, demonstrating strong leadership skills. - Excellent knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its architecture, with the ability to design and develop custom solutions. - Proficiency in OData services and API integration for seamless data exchange. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. - Good understanding .
