Release Management Engineer (SAP S/4 s BTP) We are in search of a Release Management Engineer to support the execution of the technical Release Management of SAP S/4HANA systems and SAP BTP Applications. The successful candidate will be supporting the execution of Change and Release Management processes for both the CORE SAP S/4HANA Transformation Program as well as IT Operations following the CORE Program. This role requires a detail oriented individual with a technical background and valuable organizational skills to ensure the smooth functioning of our release processes. Your Tasks and Responsibilities: Support the technical Release Management of SAP S/4 systems and SAP BTP Applications, supporting that releases are planned, executed, and validated according to GxP Guidelines. Support execute Change and Release Management processes for both the CORE Program as well as IT Operations following the CORE Program, minimizing disruptions to services. Collaborate with the Accountable Release Manager System Owner, the Technical Release Manager and Senior Release Management Engineers, as well as with the CORE S/4HANA Program to support the coordination of release activities, including development, testing, and deployment, to ensure successful and timely releases. Act as a point of contact for inquiries and drive issue resolution related to technical Release Management and Solution Manager as well as Retrofit. Support the maintenance release test plans, schedules, and documentation, including release notes and post-release evaluations. Mitigate risks associated with releases and communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding release status and potential impacts. Support the continuous improvement of release processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and minimize downtime.
