We're Hiring: Technical Lead Full Stack Anoud Technologies | Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India | Work from Office | Full-time About the Role Anoud Technologies is looking for an experienced Technical Lead Full Stack to join our Chennai team. In this role, you'll drive the technical direction of our products, lead a team of engineers, and stay hands-on with architecture, code, and delivery. What You'll Do Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable full stack applications built on Java and Oracle technologies Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of full stack developers Own architecture decisions, code quality standards, and best practices across the stack Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and QA to translate requirements into technical solutions Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and performance benchmarks Drive sprint planning, estimations, and technical roadmaps Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the application stack Evaluate and introduce new tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve engineering efficiency Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software in an agile environment What We're Looking For 6+ years of experience in full stack development, with at least 12 years in a technical leadership roleStrong hands-on expertise in Core Java, J2EE, Spring / Spring Boot , and related frameworksStrong experience with Oracle Database PL/SQL, query optimization, stored procedures, and performance tuningWorking knowledge of frontend technologies (e.g., Angular, React, or JSP/JSF) to guide full stack decisionsSolid understanding of RESTful APIs, web services (SOAP/REST), and microservices architectureExperience with application/web servers (e.g., Tomcat, WebLogic, JBoss)Familiarity with build and CI/CD tools (Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, Git)Strong understanding of software design principles, system architecture, and scalabilityExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Good to Have Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware, ORDS, or Oracle Cloud Exposure to containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/OCI) Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, JMS) Prior experience mentoring or managing a team of developers Interested Candidate can share your CV to [HIDDEN TEXT] .
