DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors solutions, with a focus on Employee Central. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work closely with clients to improve HR processes. ResponsibilitiesImplement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions according to client requirements.Manage and support the integration of Employee Central with other SuccessFactors modules and third-party applications.Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure accurate configurations and functionality.Provide training and support to end-users and HR teams on SAP SuccessFactors functionalities.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions to enhance HR processes and data management.Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors updates and best practices to ensure optimal system performance. Skills and Qualifications8-10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation and configuration.Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors modules, specifically Employee Central.Experience with data migration and integration techniques within SAP SuccessFactors.Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools and analytics capabilities.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
