Position Title: Azure AI Engineer Location: Noida Start Date: Immediate Joiner Experience Required: 69 years total IT experience, with strong hands-on experience across Azure cloud services Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Azure AI Engineer who can design, build, and operate AI-driven applications on Microsoft Azure. The role requires end-to-end understanding of Azure, not limited to AI services, but also covering infrastructure, security, integration, storage, and application runtime required to run GenAI and AI-driven workloads in production. The candidate will work closely with UI/UX engineers, Azure infrastructure automation engineers, and solution architects to enable AI use cases on Azure using managed Azure services. This role is critical in selecting appropriate Azure services, designing solution patterns, and guiding implementation of AI use cases in a scalable, secure, and cloud-native manner. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement AI-driven application workflows using Azure-managed services Enable and integrate Azure AI capabilities into web and backend applications Guide usage of Azure-hosted foundation models and AI platforms for application use cases Work closely with infrastructure automation engineers to ensure AI services are provisioned securely and correctly Support application teams with best practices for invoking AI services, handling prompts, responses, and data flows Design end-to-end solution architectures including AI services, APIs, storage, security, and monitoring Ensure responsible AI usage, governance, and compliance aligned with enterprise standards Assist in PoCs, pilot implementations, and technical documentation Provide technical inputs for architecture decisions, cost optimization, and performance tuning Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to translate business use cases into Azure-based AI solutions Must-to-Have: 6+ years of IT experience with 35+ years on Microsoft Azure Strong hands-on experience with Azure AI services, including: Azure OpenAI / Azure AI Foundry Azure AI Studio / Azure Cognitive Services Solid understanding of Azure core services, including: Azure App Services, Azure Functions Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) or container-based runtimes Azure API Management Azure Storage (Blob, Files, Tables) Azure Key Vault, Managed Identities Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights Experience integrating AI services into web or backend applications via REST APIs or SDKs Understanding of cloud security concepts: identity, access control, secrets management Ability to design scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions on Azure Strong communication skills to work with cross-functional teams (infra, UI, architects) Good-to-Have: Experience with IaC tools such as Bicep, ARM templates, or Terraform (conceptual or hands-on) Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines on Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions Exposure to data platforms like Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Azure Data Factory, or Synapse Knowledge of prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, or retrieval-based patterns Azure certifications such as: Azure AI Engineer Associate Azure Solutions Architect Expert Experience working on PoCs, accelerators, or reusable frameworks on Azure Educational Qualification: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
