Creative Design Specialist (Delhi)

Pour Over Coffee Roasters is looking for a full-time Graphic Designer to join our team in Delhi. We opened our first caf in 2025 and have since expanded to four locations, with another location in Delhi currently under consideration. We are looking for someone who can manage menus and the regular graphic design requirements that arise across the business. Role details Position: Graphic Designer Location: Delhi Employment type: Full time Salary: 35,00040,000 per month Responsibilities - Design and regularly update food, beverage and coffee menus - Create social media posts, stories and promotional creatives - Design posters, flyers, table cards, signage and other caf collateral - Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printers or vendors when required - Support graphics for events, seasonal menus, offers and new launches - Maintain consistency across the brands visual communication - Travel to Pour Over locations across Delhi whenever required by the team Requirements - Strong understanding of typography, layout and visual hierarchy - Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign - Experience with menu design and print material is preferred - Ability to prepare accurate, print-ready artwork - Good attention to detail, particularly with menu prices, descriptions and spellings - Ability to manage multiple design requirements and meet deadlines - Based in Delhi and comfortable travelling between locations - Experience with hospitality, food and beverage or lifestyle brands is an advantage Please send your portfolio, rsum, current location and joining availability to ritika@thetigershark.in with the subject line: Application Graphic Designer | Pour Over Coffee Roasters .
