Creative Visual Designer (Vapi)

About the RoleCalikulture is looking for a highly creative and technically skilled Creative Visual Designer who can develop and execute visual content across multiple formats and platforms. This is a multidisciplinary role for someone who can work across 3D visualization, animation, video, motion graphics, graphic design, AI-assisted creative production, editing, and sound design. The person in this position will work closely with the marketing and creative teams and may be assigned a wide variety of creative projects depending on campaign and business requirements. Key Responsibilities - Develop creative concepts based on marketing briefs, references, and campaign objectives. - Create high-quality 3D models, product visualizations, environments, mockups, and renders. - Produce 3D animations, product animations, motion graphics, and CGI-based content. - Create visual assets for social media, digital advertising, websites, presentations, campaigns, and product launches. - Edit short-form and long-form video content. - Combine live-action footage with graphics, typography, animation, 3D elements, and visual effects. - Create product-focused promotional and advertising content. - Develop storyboards and visualize concepts before production. - Handle lighting, texturing, materials, camera setup, rendering, and post-production for 3D projects. - Create static graphics and supporting campaign assets when required. - Perform video compositing, color correction, and basic color grading. - Add music, sound effects, ambient audio, transitions, and sound design to video and animation projects. - Adapt creative assets into different dimensions, formats, and platform requirements. - Use AI-based creative tools and emerging technologies to improve creative output and production efficiency. - Research visual trends and bring recent creative concepts to the team. - Maintain organized source files and editable project files. - Handle revisions based on feedback from the creative and ma .
