The role involves regular client communication and visiting client locations when required. Key Responsibilities Follow up with clients for pending and overdue payments through calls, emails, and visits. Visit client offices/sites to collect payments as required. Share invoices, payment reminders, and outstanding details with clients. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing or payment-related queries. Maintain basic records of collections, follow-ups, and client commitments. Who Can Apply Minimum 1 year of experience in collections, receivables, client follow-ups, or Customer Support Roles. Comfortable speaking with clients regarding payments. Willing to travel locally for client visits. Knowledge of MS Excel and email. .
