Oversee administrative responsibilities such as scheduling, documentation, and office coordination. Provide customer support by addressing queries and ensuring client satisfaction. Assist in day-to-day office management and ensure smooth workflow. Coordinate with internal teams for operational efficiency. Qualifications & Requirements Graduate degree preferred (any discipline). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in front office, administration, or customer support roles is an advantage. Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities independently. Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
