About the Role We are looking for energetic, target-driven Field Sales Executives to join our growing team. You will be responsible for handling leads generated via social media (Facebook/Instagram) for our water softener products, conducting on-site home visits/feasibility checks, and closing sales across the Delhi-NCR region. * Position Title: Field Sales Executive * Location: Delhi-NCR (Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad, etc.) Base Office: Sector 63, Noida * Gender Preference: Male Candidates only (due to extensive travel requirements) * Compensation: 30,000 45,000/month + Petrol Allowance + Performance Incentives. Key Responsibilities * Follow up promptly on incoming leads generated via Facebook and Instagram. * Conduct direct field visits to prospective customers' homes/offices across the Delhi-NCR region to assess feasibility and test water quality. * Pitch water softener solutions effectively, resolve customer queries, and close sales on-site. * Maintain daily reporting to the Noida Sector 63 office (direct field visits allowed when scheduled). * Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Key Requirements & Qualifications * Communication: Excellent fluency in English (primary) and Hindi (secondary). * Vehicle: Owning a two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory. * Experience/Education: Freshers or experienced candidates (12th Pass or Graduates). Prior experience in direct sales, field sales, or consumer appliances is a plus. * Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively within NCR (Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad). * Availability: Immediate Joiner (within 10 to 15 days).
