Associate Manager US Tax Experience: 4+ Years of Complex Review Experience Focus: Managing and reviewing complex multi-tier partnerships, special allocations, 704(b)/704(c) adjustments, and partner basis computations. Tax Manager Experience: Proven experience in US Tax Team Management & Technical Review Focus: Leading deliverables, workflow management, mentoring team members, client communication, and final technical sign-offs.
