Job Role: Project Manager Location: Dubai, UAE Industry: Real Estate / Construction Project: High-Rise Residential Development We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major high-rise residential development in Dubai. Key Responsibilities Lead overall project delivery from construction through completion and handover. Manage Consultants, Main Contractors and specialist subcontractors. Monitor project schedules, critical-path activities, delays and recovery plans. Oversee Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEP, Faade, Joinery, Elevators and finishing works. Monitor quality, inspections, snagging and de-snagging. Coordinate RFIs, shop drawings, material approvals and technical submissions. Manage authority approvals, NOCs, testing & commissioning and project close-out. Drive timely completion and successful handover. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline . 12 - 15+ years of construction/project management experience. Strong UAE/Dubai experience . Proven experience in high-rise residential projects , preferably 25 - 30 storeys or above. Developer-side experience is highly preferred. Full project lifecycle experience from construction to completion and handover . Strong technical, leadership and coordination skills. Knowledge of UAE authority procedures and contractual matters. Immediate availability / short notice is an advantage.
