We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end operational processes. This mid-to-senior level position plays a critical role in driving operational excellence, ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning, and aligning operations with strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, process improvement expertise, and a proven track record of managing complex operations in fast-paced environments. This role requires a hands-on approach combined with the ability to think strategically about scalability, efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement. As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the operations of our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including supply chain, logistics, finance, human resources, customer service, and senior leadership to ensure that operational goals are met or exceeded. Success in this role means delivering measurable improvements in productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and innovation. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and monitor operational strategies, policies, and procedures that support the companys overall business plan and long-term vision. Oversee daily operations across departments, ensuring efficient resource allocation, workflow optimization, and timely delivery of products or services. Lead process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Agile to reduce waste, improve throughput, and enhance quality. Manage budgets, control operational costs, forecast resource needs, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including productivity metrics, on-time delivery rates, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction scores. Supervise and mentor operations teams, including supervisors, coordinators, and frontline staff; handle recruitment, training, performance management, and succession planning. Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, health and safety standards, quality management systems (ISO), and industry-specific requirements. Collaborate with supply chain and logistics partners to optimize inventory management, procurement, warehousing, and distribution networks. Identify operational risks and develop mitigation plans; lead crisis management and business continuity efforts when required. Drive digital transformation initiatives, including the adoption of ERP systems, automation tools, data analytics platforms, and operational dashboards. Prepare regular operational reports and present insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. Foster strong internal and external stakeholder relationships, including vendors, clients, and regulatory bodies. Support expansion efforts into new markets or facilities, particularly in high-potential locations across Canada, Germany, Australia, and Switzerland.
