About the Role We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Engineering Manager to lead high-performing engineering teams in building scalable, reliable, and innovative technology solutions. Recruit, interview, and onboard top engineering talent while building an inclusive, high-trust team culture. Monitor system performance, reliability (SLIs/SLOs), scalability, and security; drive initiatives to improve observability, resilience, and operational excellence. Manage project timelines, resource allocation, risk identification, and stakeholder communication to keep initiatives on track. Champion engineering best practices including code reviews, automated testing, documentation, pair programming, and knowledge sharing. Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and tools; evaluate and introduce new frameworks, languages, or platforms when they deliver clear value. Foster a culture of psychological safety, continuous learning, and innovation while maintaining high standards of accountability and delivery.
