About the Role We are looking for a Business Development Associate who is energetic, target-oriented, and passionate about sales and business growth. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their business requirements, presenting relevant StartupFlora solutions, and converting qualified leads into customers. Key Responsibilities Generate and qualify leads through calls, digital channels, referrals, and other sources. Connect with entrepreneurs, startups, and MSME owners to understand their business requirements. Explain StartupFlora's products and services and recommend suitable solutions. Conduct outbound calls and follow up with prospective clients. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients. Schedule and conduct product/service discussions with potential customers. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and revenue targets. Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. Track customer interactions, follow-ups, and conversion status. Stay updated on StartupFlora's services, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the management team. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, inside sales, or client acquisition . Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Comfortable with outbound calling and target-driven sales. Good follow-up and relationship-management skills. Self-motivated, ambitious, and result-oriented. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace. Experience in B2B sales, consulting, financial services, or startup environments is a plus. Freshers Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
