About the Role We are looking for a creative and driven Brand & Content Marketing intern to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing compelling content, strengthening StartupFloras brand presence, and supporting marketing campaigns across digital channels. You will work closely with the marketing team to create content that increases brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and customer trust . Key Responsibilities Develop and execute content strategies aligned with StartupFloras brand and marketing objectives. Create engaging content for social media, blogs, website, email campaigns, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital platforms . Write and edit marketing content, including captions, articles, website copy, campaign content, and promotional material. Work with the marketing team to plan and execute brand campaigns and content calendars. Research industry trends, competitors, startups, MSMEs, and relevant business topics to identify content opportunities. Develop content around entrepreneurship, startup ecosystem, funding, government schemes, business compliance, and related topics. Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual/content identity across platforms. Collaborate with designers, performance marketers, SEO teams, and other stakeholders to execute campaigns. Support video/reel content ideas, scripts, creative concepts, and campaign storytelling. Track content performance and use insights to improve engagement and reach. Assist in building StartupFloras online brand presence and thought leadership. Stay updated with social media trends, content formats, and digital marketing best practices. Required Skills Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Good understanding of content marketing, social media, and branding . Ability to convert complex business topics into simple, engaging content. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. Good communication and collaboration skills. Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing is preferred. Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, social media platforms, and AI content tools is an advantage. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong interest in startups, entrepreneurship, business, and digital media. Preferred Candidate 0-1 years of experience in content marketing, brand marketing, social media, digital marketing, or a similar role . Candidates with experience in a startup, consulting, fintech, SaaS, or B2B environment will be preferred.
