Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive BFSI & IT

Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening and closing candidates for our Banking, NBFC, Insurance and IT clients . Key Responsibilities Source candidates through job portals like Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, databases, referrals and other channels . Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to candidate joining. Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates accordingly. Screen candidates based on experience, skills, location, salary and job requirements . Conduct initial candidate calls and coordinate interviews with clients. Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sourcing and joining targets . Build a strong candidate pipeline for BFSI, NBFC, Insurance and IT roles . Coordinate with the internal team and clients to ensure timely closures. Develop strong candidate relationships and ensure a smooth joining experience. Preferred Candidate Profile 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience preferred. Experience in Banking, NBFC, Insurance or IT recruitment will be an advantage. Freshers with excellent communication skills and strong interest in recruitment may also be considered. Good communication, negotiation, follow-up and convincing skills . Comfortable working with targets and deadlines . Should be proactive, energetic and willing to make a high volume of candidate calls.
