About the Role The Director Corporate Finance & Banking will play a critical role in building and strengthening StartupFlora's banking and financial-services ecosystem. The position will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, and lending partners , while also establishing a strong network of DSAs, connectors, brokers, and channel partners. The Director will lead banking liaisoning, lender relationship management, loan approval and disbursement coordination, commercial negotiations, new lender tie-ups, and financial business development . The role will work closely with the sales, credit, operations, finance, legal, and business development teams to improve approval ratios, reduce turnaround time, increase disbursement volumes, and drive revenue and profitability. Key Business Objective The primary objective of the role is to create a strong, scalable, and commercially competitive banking and lending network for StartupFlora that enables the company to offer better financial solutions to its customers while generating sustainable business growth and profitability.
