Customer Care Executive

Job Location: Chennai Experience: Freshers & Experienced Salary: 18,000 28,000 Net Take-Home Work Schedule: 6 Days Working Job Responsibilities Handle customer queries through phone, email, live chat, WhatsApp, and social media. Respond to customer concerns related to orders, payments, products, services, and technical issues. Provide a best-in-class customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues within the required timeline. Conduct NPS and customer satisfaction surveys. Understand customer issues and provide appropriate solutions using product and spare-parts knowledge. Coordinate with internal teams and Team Leads for effective complaint resolution. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, enquiries, and call dispositions. Respond to customer emails within 24 hours. Explain product features, benefits, offers, and promotions and convert relevant leads into sales. Stay updated on new product launches and product features. Escalate unresolved complaints to the Consumer Care Lead immediately. Required Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills. Active listening and patience. Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge. Good interpersonal and organizational skills. Basic computer and IT skills. Ability to work in a customer-focused and target-driven environment.
