Key Responsibilities Attend in-house customer service calls. Attend dealer field calls as per PJC and obtain dealer acknowledgement with seal and signature on the service call report. Maintain and handle service tools properly. Segregate warranty and out-of-warranty complaints with proper tagging. Use handheld machines for dealer service activities. Identify and report new or repeated complaints to the Branch In-charge. Assist the Branch In-charge with stock checking, rack/storage management, and spare-parts indent preparation. Eligibility Qualification: 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma Experience: 03 years Candidates with FMCG/FMCD service experience will be preferred. Freshers with relevant technical knowledge can also apply. Required Skills Good knowledge of products and specifications. Product troubleshooting skills. Basic technical knowledge of home appliances. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving ability. Customer handling skills.
