Responsibilities: Work with Product Owner and/or Product Manager/Team to understand and help create large set of relevant CAD sketches / designs / drawings using Fusion and other CAD softwares.Work with QA to increase Automation coverage of AI/ML features in Fusion.Create Fusion plugins or scripts as needed for the development purpose.Actively engage in customer-reported issues and drive them to resolution.Take ownership of assigned tasks and proactively update the progress.Test workflows and user experience within Fusion workspaces. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in any Engineering discipline from reputed engineering college.5 to 8 years of experience as CAD design engineer / QA engineer.Hands on experience of 2D and 3D Modeling / assembly / Drawing on Software Tools.Familiarity with Fusion, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor or other CAD software.Knowledge on drawing standards & preparing component drawings with proper GD&T.Knowledge on various component manufacturing processes.Expert in creating plugins in CAD softwares.Should have excellent English written and oral communication skills.Understand the software QA methodologies and software development process.Experience with Agile methodologies and working in a Scrum team (JIRA preferred). Preferred Qualifications: Experience in working with cloud based CAD products.Experience with QA Automation tools.Knowledge of Python and JavaScript for test automation.Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, GitHub and Looker.Passion for emerging technologies and their timely adoption.Experience managing complex projects and collaborating with software development teams.Research external best practices and emerging technologies for possible incorporation into company products and methodologies. Primary Skills: Proficient in using Fusion/Solidworks/Inventor and other CAD softwares, 2D/3D Modeling and Drawings Secondary Skills: QA Automation tools .

If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
Next, learn who's hiring. Accenture has posted 2,801 engineer roles. andurilindustries, speechify, and jobgether are also actively recruiting. If you're applying to one of these names, research their hiring patterns and interview style before you apply. That homework pays off.
When you interview, expect the question every engineer hears: 'Tell me about a time you had to debug a problem that wasn't in your job description.' Have a specific story ready—not a general one. Name the tools, the deadline pressure, and what you learned. Hiring managers listen for whether you see problem-solving as part of the role itself, not a favour.
