Requirements Bachelors degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.Hold a valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License (HKCAR-66 or equivalent EASA/FAA certification).Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate jet maintenance and engineering / Leadership positionExperience in regulatory audits and authority liaison, with hands-on aircraft experience being highly preferred.Lead and manage the CAMO and line/base maintenance teamsDemonstrate in-depth knowledge of HKCAD, T7 Part-M/CAMO, FAA, and EASA regulations, and manage regulatory audits and authority liaison effectively.Develop and manage the annual maintenance and engineering budget, including cost control, spend optimization, and financial reporting to senior management.Excellent leadership skill with strong project management experience.Strong interpersonal and communication skill.Ability to work under pressure with good decision making and deal with clients and working partners in a professional and quality manner, both in Hong Kong and overseas.Fluent in both spoken and written English, and proficient in Chinese (Cantonese or Putonghua) for local and regional communication.Willingness to travel extensively. .
