As a Product Analytics Manager at athenahealth, you will be joining a team dedicated to driving measurable improvements across athenahealths Revenue Cycle Product & Operations division in Chennai. Your role will involve collaborating with leaders to enable data-driven decision-making at both strategic and tactical levels. Your responsibilities will include aligning analytical resources with high-priority deliverables, building stakeholder relationships, delivering high-quality data, applying advanced analytics, and generating actionable insights.Key Responsibilities:- Build strong, trust-based partnerships with Product Line leaders, analytics peers, and executive stakeholders to align on goals and drive shared outcomes.- Deliver scalable, production-grade analytics solutions like self-serve dashboards and source-of-truth metrics that facilitate data-driven decision-making.- Execute top-priority analytics projects focused on strategic initiatives within your domain.- Cultivate a high-performing team culture centered on continuous learning, mentorship, and career growth within your team and the broader AHI analytics community.- Drive prioritization and resource alignment across cross-functional teams to ensure analytical efforts are focused on high-value product and operational opportunities.- Translate complex data into strategic insights to inform product decisions, optimize operational workflows, and guide long-term roadmap planning.- Champion the evolution of the analytics tech stack by collaborating with analytics leadership to integrate AI capabilities and facilitate the transition to an AI-powered future.Qualifications:- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in data analytics, with at least 2-3 years in people management or leadership roles.- Bachelors degree required, preferably in a quantitative field.- Solid technical expertise in database technologies with hands-on experience in data querying and analysis.- Solid ability to synthesize complex data and business challenges into clear, strategic solutions.- Proven experience in influencing cross-functional teams and effectively communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences.- Demonstrated people management skills focusing on developing and leading high-performing analytics teams.Join a diverse and collaborative team at athenahealth, where data is leveraged to create better products and increased value for clients.
