Job Description - Define and lead the enterprise architecture strategy, vision, standards, and governance framework. - Partner with business and technology executives to align technology investments with strategic objectives. - Drive enterprise-wide architecture across Business, Application, Data & AI, Integration, Security, and Infrastructure domains. - Establish target-state architectures and transformation roadmaps for technology modernisation initiatives. - Lead cloud adoption, platform engineering, API-first strategies, and event-driven architecture practices. - Champion reusable frameworks, architecture patterns, and technology standards across the organisation. - Enable AI and GenAI initiatives through robust data, integration, and information architecture capabilities. - Ensure technology platforms are scalable, resilient, secure, and aligned with long-term business goals. The Successful Applicant - 16-20 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Technology Consulting, Engineering Leadership, Solution Architecture, or Digital Transformation. - Background in Insurance and BFSI domain is higly desirable - Robust experience in designing and delivering large-scale enterprise technology platforms. - Deep expertise across Enterprise, Application, Data, Integration, Security, and Infrastructure Architecture. - Hands-on knowledge of AWS cloud services, hybrid cloud environments, containers, and serverless technologies. - Strong experience with APIs, Microservices, SOA, Event-Driven Architecture, ESB, BPM, and enterprise integration patterns. - Experience architecting e .
