Figma Web/Mobile App Designer

Role Description As a Figma Web/Mobile App Designer, you will work full time, collaborating closely with product managers and developers to design responsive web and mobile interfaces. You will create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma, ensuring designs are consistent with brand guidelines and optimized for usability and accessibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include refining interaction patterns, preparing design assets and specifications for handoff to front-end developers, and iterating on designs based on user feedback and analytics insights. You will participate in design reviews, maintain shared design libraries, and help improve the overall design process and standards across projects. Qualifications Ability to design modern, responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma, with strong skills in layout, typography, color, and interaction design.Experience with Web Design and Web Development fundamentals, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams and practical, implementation-ready designs.Knowledge of Front-End Development concepts and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), including how design decisions translate into HTML/CSS structures and responsive behavior.Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and shipped or implemented interfaces.Comfort working in a collaborative environment, with clear communication skills and the ability to present and defend design decisions to cross-functional stakeholders.Understanding of UX best practices, accessibility principles, and basic user research methods; experience in tech or product companies is an advantage. .
