Presales Intern We are looking for a motivated and technically curious Presales Intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for B.Tech students and recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in Cybersecurity, Web Application Firewall (WAF) solutions, technical presales, product demonstrations, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of networking and web technologies, strong communication skills, and an interest in building a career in Cybersecurity and Technical Presales. Key Responsibilities Assist the presales team in understanding customer requirements related to web and application security. Support the team in preparing technical presentations and product demonstrations. Assist in conducting product demos and Proof of Concepts (POCs) under the guidance of senior team members. Learn and assist in designing basic WAF and application security solutions based on customer environments. Support the preparation of RFPs, RFIs, technical proposals, and questionnaires. Research customer environments, security requirements, and industry use cases. Assist in preparing technical documentation, solution briefs, and presentations. Collaborate with sales, technical, product, and delivery teams. Participate in customer meetings and technical discussions as required. Stay updated on web application security threats, OWASP vulnerabilities, and emerging cybersecurity trends. Skills & Qualifications B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred. Basic understanding of computer networks and networking concepts. Familiarity with HTTP/HTTPS, web servers, APIs, and web application architecture. Basic understanding of web application security and cybersecurity concepts. Awareness of the OWASP Top 10 is an advantage. Interest in learning about Web Application Firewall (WAF) technologies. Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them clearly. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Willingness to learn and work in a customer-facing technical environment. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team. Preferred Skills Basic knowledge of cloud security, API security, or DevSecOps. Familiarity with any WAF, firewall, SIEM, or other cybersecurity solutions. Exposure to tools such as Postman, Burp Suite, Wireshark, or similar security/networking tools. Academic projects or certifications in Cybersecurity, Networking, Cloud, or Information Security will be an added advantage. Internship Benefits Hands-on exposure to Cybersecurity and WAF solutions.
