EY-ServiceNow Technical Architect (ITAM / SAM) As part of our EY GDS-ServiceNow team, you will work to solve client problems using the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM). The opportunity Were looking for a highly experienced Technical Architect with strong expertise in ServiceNow ITAM and Software Asset Management (SAM) to join the EY GDS ServiceNow team. Your key responsibilities - Define overall architecture, design, and implementation strategy for ServiceNow ITAM and SAM solutions - Lead end-to-end SAM Pro implementations, including software normalization, reconciliation, and compliance frameworks - Architect enterprise-scale asset management solutions covering software lifecycle, entitlements, contracts, and license optimization - Design and enforce CMDB and asset data models, ensuring alignment with CSDM and governance standards - Define and implement software license management strategies (subscription, SaaS, perpetual, cloud-based licensing) - Lead integration of ServiceNow with discovery tools, procurement systems, ERP platforms, cloud providers, and software vendors - Architect automation frameworks for license compliance, reclamation, optimization, and audit readiness - Provide technical leadership and governance across ITAM/SAM programs, ensuring adherence to best practi .
