Role Description The Project Manager Interior Fitout (Contract) will oversee end-to-end delivery of interior fitout projects, coordinating design intent, site execution, and handover activities. This hybrid role is based in Bengaluru, with primary on-site responsibility and some flexibility for work-from-home tasks such as documentation, planning, and coordination. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project timelines and budgets, supervising contractors and vendors, monitoring quality and compliance with project specifications, and ensuring materials and finishes meet design standards. The Project Manager will coordinate with clients, designers, and consultants, manage procurement and logistics, and track expediting activities to ensure critical items are delivered and installed on schedule. The role also includes conducting regular site inspections, preparing progress reports, and resolving issues promptly to maintain smooth execution. Qualifications Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and budget tracking.Experience as an Expeditor with hands-on Expediting skills to track orders, follow up with vendors, and ensure timely delivery of materials.Inspection experience to verify workmanship, finishes, and installation quality against drawings and specifications.Logistics Management capabilities to oversee material movement, storage, and site readiness for fitout activities.Prior experience in interior fitout or construction projects, preferably in high-end commercial or residential spaces.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and project documentation.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for coordinating with clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers.Proficiency with basic project management and documentation tools (e.g., MS Office, scheduling software).Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Relevant bachelors degree in civil engineering, architecture, interior design, construction management, or a related field is preferred. .
