Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce RLM and core Sales Cloud, along with the ability to guide teams, engage stakeholders, and ensure scalable, high-quality delivery.Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud (RLM, Approvals).- Product & Price Book modeling.- Complex pricing, discounting, and approval workflows.- Contract lifecycle and amendments.- Billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition (integration-level understanding).- Act as technical and functional lead for Salesforce delivery teams.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.- Drive architecture decisions, best practices, and Salesforce standards.- Review and guide development work (Apex, LWC, Flows, RLM configuration).- Manage integrations with downstream systems (ERP, Finance, Tax, Order Management).- Lead sprint planning, estimations, and release management.- Support UAT, production rollout, and post-go-live stabilization.- Mentor junior Salesforce developers and administrators.Required Skills & Experience:- 8+ years of Salesforce experience with 3+ years in a Lead role.- Salesforce Revenue Cloud (RLM).- Sales Cloud (Leads, Opportunities, Forecasting).- Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes.- RLM Configuration and Approvals.- Amendments, Renewals, Proration, Usage-based pricing.- Apex, LWC, Flows, Triggers.- Integration patterns (REST/SOAP, middleware preferred).- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models.- Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills.Good to Have:- Experience with Revenue Recognition and financial integrations (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).- Salesforce Industries CPQ or Advanced Billing.- Experience in subscription-based or SaaS business models.- DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset).- Experience in large enterprise or global implementations.Certifications (Preferred):- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant (ref:hirist.tech) .
