Position Description: Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field. 3-5 years of software development experience and multicloud architecture experience (Sales/Service and Marketing Cloud) Experience with Trigger, Apex, Lightning Web Components/Aura Components, and managed packages, and strong hands-on experience in development practices. Experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, including creating Salesforce flows, entry-criteria/profiles, and data migrations Demonstrated ability to create flows, modify objects, create custom objects, write Apex, triggers and integrate API services using an IDE/VisualSourceCode/Codebuilder. Demonstrated understanding of differing integration patterns. Hands on experience with Omni Script, Flex card UI framework, Data raptor Extract/Load/Transform and Integration procedure. Design and develop complex integrations between Vlocity and external systems, including CRM, ERP, and other enterprise applications. Leverage Vlocity Integration tools, such as DataRaptor and Vlocity Connect, to build robust and efficient data exchange mechanisms. Implement data mapping, transformation, and validation processes for seamless data flow between systems. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data integrity and system stability. Proven experience developing and implementing Vlocity integrations with various external systems. Experience with data mapping, transformation, and validation processes. Proficiency in API integrations, including REST and SOAP protocols. Design and develop user-friendly and visually appealing OmniScript flows for various business processes, including quoting, onboarding, and customer service. Utilize OmniScript components, such as actions, data sources, and controls, to create agile and interactive user interfaces. Implement validation rules, error handling, and conditional logic to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency. Optimize OmniScript performance and ensure a smooth user experience across different devices and browsers. Experience with system integrations involving Salesforce.com web services (JSON, SOAP), as well as Vlocity Integration Procedure. Develop Apex (classes and triggers) to extend Salesforce to business requirements. Custom User Interface development, including Lightning pages and Web Components. Integrate additional business applications to Salesforce (such as DocuSign/Emplifi/Medialla/GCP/Mulesoft). Collaborating with IT /Development teams to integrate Salesforce across the business. Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write / maintain test classes for all custom development. Extend those best practices across organizations. Adhere to established development practices and processes in development teams. Take ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Skills Required: Salesforce, SOAP, GCP, REST APIs Experience Required: Engineer 3 Exp: Prac.
